Processing times may vary slightly during peak seasons, but most orders are prepared for shipment within 48 hours. Transit durations depend on your location and selected shipping method. Domestic deliveries typically take 3-7 business days, while international shipments may require 10-20 business days. Rest assured, we’ll notify you immediately if unforeseen delays arise.
Shipping Costs
We offer transparent pricing with two straightforward options:
Standard Shipping (10-15 Business Days): $15 for orders under $60.
Free Shipping (10-15 Business Days): Automatically applied to orders totaling $60 or more.
Note: Expedited shipping is temporarily unavailable but may be introduced for select regions soon.
Shipping Regions
Currently, we serve customers across North America, the European Union, and parts of Asia-Pacific. Some remote areas (e.g., islands, military bases) may incur additional fees or longer transit times. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to embargoed countries or regions with trade restrictions. Check your eligibility during checkout by entering your postal code.

Most carriers provide detailed transit history, including customs clearance milestones for international orders.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
While rare, delays can occur due to weather, customs inspections, or carrier disruptions. If your package hasn’t arrived within 5 business days of the estimated delivery date, please first check the tracking status. For unresolved issues, email

Customs & Import Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties levied by their local authorities. These charges vary by country and are not included in your order total. We recommend consulting your national postal service or tax agency to estimate potential costs. SteptBoost cannot reimburse these fees or adjust declared package values, as doing so violates international trade laws.
